Netflix streaming service has announced what will happen to the One Piece TV series. The adaptation of the cult manga of the same name, which turned out to be incredibly popular, will get a second season.
Thus, Netflix announced the continuation of the TV series on its social media. The streaming service pleased One Piece fans with a new video, but did not say when the filming would start.
Probably due to the strike of actors and writers that has been going on since the summer, the creation of the second season of One Piece may be postponed indefinitely. At the same time, the series’ executive producers Marty Adelstein and Becky Clements have previously said that the adaptation could have many seasons, as the manga has about a thousand chapters.
